Refund & Return Policy
At Sketchwerks, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below:
- Custom Products: Due to the nature of custom printing and design work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized products unless there is a production defect or an error on our part.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellations are not possible.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
